‍This Portwest property was highly decorative when the construction was done but lacked the lighting aesthetic to stand out and make the project feel complete. Years after its construction finished, new LED fixtures were added to complete 60,000 sq ft facility. New fixtures included LED can lights, LED VFX linear lighting and new LED 2X2 troffers. The change in ambience was noticeable as the entrance now bolsters 100 Foot candles to grab the attention of prospective clients that enter the building.
